I joined the Muljat Group in 1998, working for the first few years as a team with my father, Mickey, before he retired. I sell only residential properties, working almost exclusively in Bellingham. I strongly believe that I would be spread too thin and would do my clients a disservice by trying to be a “do it all” agent, selling commercial properties and business opportunities as well as residential properties in all parts of the county. I am a Certified Residential Specialist, which is the highest Realtor designation and the only one that is based upon a stringent combination of experience and education. Only 5% of Realtors have earned the CRS designation. Most of my business comes from past clients and referrals, and I take pride in working hard to protect my clients’ interests. I also strive to maintain my professional reputation within the Realtor community as being honest, ethical and helpful. Other agents are always eager to show my listings as they know they can look forward to a smooth transaction. I consistently rank in the top 1% of Bellingham agents for residential sales volume.
